Ordering & Shipping

How do I place an order?
Choice matters and we want to give you as much of that as possible. We offer customizable 6 packs, 12 packs, and pre-made variety packs to fit any and all occasions! Click here for our custom case bunder builder

When will my order ship?
We aim to please and normally ship orders within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on the way. 

Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is always free for orders after $50! For smaller pack sizes, we charge a small shipping fee to help mitigate the increased costs relative to the order.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship to the good ole US of A

Better Times is a marketplace for discovering and shopping the best in non-alcoholic, infused, and functional beverages. Whether you're exploring mindful drinking, cutting back, or just looking for something new, we make it easy to find your next favorite drink.

What types of beverages are available?
We carry a curated selection of non-alcoholic beer and wine, infused hemp, adaptogenic seltzers, functional tonics, and much more. We are constantly adding new products so make sure to keep coming back for new brands and products!

Are your products non-alcoholic?
Yes—all products on Better Times are alcohol-free but we offer plenty of drinks to keep the party going without the hangover

How do you select brands for the marketplace?

We partner with innovative brands that meet our quality standards for ingredients, taste, and values. Many are small or emerging makers you won’t find in most stores. If we wouldn’t drink it we promise we won't ask you to either…

For Customers

Can I customize my drink box?
Yes! You can build your own box or select from curated collections. Some seasonal or limited-edition boxes may not be customizable.

What is your return or refund policy?
Because we sell perishable goods, we don’t accept returns—but if your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right

How do subscriptions work?
You can choose a recurring delivery of your favorite products or curated boxes at a frequency that works for you. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

How is this legal?
Better Times Market sells drinks that are federally legal because it's made with hemp-derived THC. We only sell drinks which THC content stays below 0.3% by weight, so you're good to go

So you ship everywhere?
If only it were that easy…At Better Times Market, we take compliance seriously and only ship hemp-derived THC products to states where they're legally permitted. Our site is designed to prevent orders from being placed in restricted areas — so if you can check out, you’re likely in the clear.
