Parch | Prickly Paloma

There’s something about a slim 10oz can that just feels… sexy (for lack of a better word). Parch nails the look, but it’s not just packaging, the drink itself is complex, layered, and honestly feels like something you’d get handed across a cocktail bar.
What I like most is they don’t overdo it. It’s got enough personality to stand on its own, but it still plays nice with food. Balanced, refreshing, and easy to reach for.

Vibe Check:
This one walks the line between cocktail and wellness drink. Bittersweet, citrusy, a little floral, a little salty, but nothing feels try-hard. I will say, all of the Parch sku's are thicker than your avg mocktail and that is not a bad thing. It makes me slow down a bit and enjoy it like I would a cocktail.
What You’re Getting:
Refreshing in a way cocktails usually are, but without the shut-off feeling. The prickly pear gives a slightly sweet fruit note, grapefruit keeps it bitter & bright, the hibiscus/floral and botanicals round it out so it never feels one-dimensional. Tart unfolds without being harsh. There’s a subtle structure — salt, agave, slight vegetal/spice tones — that keeps it grounded.
Oh yeah and adaptogens, whatever those are: L-Theanine, Ashwagandha, and American Ginseng.
When/How I’d Drink It:
Over ice in a nice coup or rocks glass, maybe with a lime wedge or a slice of grapefruit or with spicy food (Mexican, Thai) or whenever you want your drink to have enough personality to pair with flavor.
