Satsumas are a small variety of Mandarin Orange that grow throughout Louisiana. We look forward to the first Satsumas of the year, collecting them from our backyard or from friends’ trees - which is exactly what we did when creating the first batch for this flavor.
We added a hint of cinnamon and thyme to amplify the delicate Satsuma flavor. This is our driest flavor, and pairs well with food.
