Go Brewing | New School Sour Berry
When it comes to beer, I think my best days are behind me. That said, I still enjoy one when the occasion is right. I’ve been off my game lately trying to find some new NA beers, so I decided to try something from Go Brewing — a brand I’ve only heard good things about. This one didn’t disappoint.
Vibe Check:
It’s a refreshing non-alc with bright fruit that tastes fresh, not like the pasteurized puree a lot of sours lean on. There’s still a bit of that yeasty beer character too, which keeps it grounded. Overall, it works. It’s a great sour option. The only knock is that the marriage of juice and sour beer doesn’t totally hold up to a real sour — but honestly, few NA ones do.
What You’re Getting:
A light, refreshing non-alcoholic sour that nails the balance between tart and fruity. Not too sweet, not too yeasty — just an easy drink that actually feels like a beer.
How We’d Drink It:
In a cold glass with pretzels and some Georgia football. Also a solid pick for the porch after a hot day.
