We aim to please and normally ship orders within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on the way.

Shipping is always free for orders over $50! For smaller pack sizes, we charge a small shipping fee to help mitigate the increased costs relative to the order.

Yes! You can build your own box or select from curated collections. Some seasonal or limited-edition boxes may not be customizable.

Because we sell perishable goods, we don't accept returns—but if your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right

You can choose a recurring delivery of your favorite products or curated boxes at a frequency that works for you. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

Better Times Market sells drinks that are federally legal because it's made with hemp-derived THC. We only sell drinks which THC content stays below 0.3% by weight, so you're good to go

If only it were that easy...At Better Times Market, we take compliance seriously and only ship hemp-derived THC products to states where they're legally permitted. Our site is designed to prevent orders from being placed in restricted areas — so if you can check out, you're likely in the clear.
